Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro praised the home support after victory over Real Sociedad.
Real were comfortable 4-1 winners on Saturday.
Casemiro said, “A big game against opposition who always make life hard for us and play some great football. We made the most of it. There’s a long way to go in the league but these are three crucial points. We have to take it game by game and pick up points three at a time.
“We always go out to give it 100%. It was a complete performance, we went out there to press high and we maintained our calm and aggression. We played against a very good team and we were in control throughout the game. Playing here at home, at the best club in the world, is always special for the players. We all enjoyed ourselves on the pitch.”
Real now switch focus to the Champions League and the visit of PSG.
Casemiro added, “We know how important the fans are to us, they really got behind us tonight and we appreciate that. We have to call for their support on Wednesday and make sure they’re backing us to turn around a hugely important tie, with their help we can win it.”
