Barcelona officials have been in London this week to initiate talks with Chelsea pair of Andreas Christensen and Cesar Azpilicueta.
The Spanish giants want the duo to boost their defense in the coming season and according to reports from Sport, the club has sent representatives over to London to get the deals done.
The players are set to leave the Bridge on a Bosman with the report indicating that they have already convinced Azpilicueta to make the switch when his contract expires in June with the Chelsea captain keen on returning to his native home.
Both Azpilicueta and Christensen could sign for Barcelona this summer. Christensen has been a Barcelona fan since he was a child, and Azpi wants to return to La Liga.

He is set to be handed a two-year deal with the option to extend for a further season with Xavi said to be a big admirer of the player due to his experience which he feels will be valuable for his dressing room.
Christensen’s contract expires in the summer too but is wanted by other clubs including Bayern Munich.
Barca is aware of such and wants to take the lead in bringing the player to Camp Nou as they seek to reinforce their defence.
