Four managers have been nominated for the Barclays Manager of the Month award for February.
Among the four managers to battle for the award include, Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp, Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta, Southampton’s Ralph Hasenhuttl and Newcastle United’s head coach Eddie Howe.
February performance
Mikel Arteta led Arsenal to three wins in three matches, winning all of them. It included a double victory over Wolverhampton and also avenging revenge over Brentford with a 2-1 win at the Emirates.
Ralph Hasenhuttl guided Southampton into the top half of the table with three wins, one draw and zero defeats. Soton were impressive as they beat Tottenham 3-2 before forcing a 1-1 draw against Manchester United.
Jurgen Klopp’s side won all their four matches during the month of February as Liverpool narrowed the gap between themselves and Manchester City.
Eddie Howe helped Newcastle United move out of the bottom three for the first time since September with 10 points from a possible 12.
