Celta Vigo midfielder Okay Yokuslu is determined to remain in England for the new season.
Okay spent the second-half of last season on-loan with West Bromwich Albion, where he impressed despite their relegation.
West Brom are keen to keep hold of the Turkey international and he is open to playing in the Championship next season.
However, AS says promoted Watford are also interested and willing to offer €5m to Celta for the midfielder. The Hornets are eager to add Okay after his impressive six months at the Hawthorns. The midfielder showed he had the qualities needed to succeed in the Premier League.
For his part, Okay has no preference at this stage of the market. Last season with the Baggies, the 27 year-old midfielder made 16 appearances with West Brom, producing one assist.
The Turk has a contract with Celta Vigo to 2023 and the LaLiga outfit are eager to sell this summer.
