Tottenham boss Antonio Conte was pleased with their 1-1 draw against Sevilla in South Korea today.
Harry Kane struck for Spurs, with Ivan Rakitic grabbing the equaliser for Sevilla in Suwon.
Conte said, “First of all my targets and also my staff targets were to work with the players and to have double training sessions because during the pre-season you have more time to work with the team on the tactical and physical aspects.
“This week in Korea I am very happy because we worked a lot and at the same time we enjoyed and played two friendlies. I think the first game was friendly and this one was a real game.
“Now we go back to London after two days with the staff and we continue to work on the tactical and physical aspect because we want to prepare very well for the season. Today was good to see my team play with high pressure and run. For sure we have to try to improve in possession. For sure we lost balls that were dangerous but I think it’s normal because we start to feel the fatigue.”
