Former Liverpool striker Sadio Mane says he’s joined Bayern Munich aiming to win everything available.
The German giants signed the 30-year-old for £35.1million earlier this week after he informed Liverpool of his desire to pursue a fresh challenge this summer.
Jurgen Klopp’s side fell short of their quadruple dream last campaign, narrowly missing out on the Champions League trophy to Real Madrid and the Premier League title to Manchester City.
“Biggest dream? Today it’s winning every possible trophy with FC Bayern,” Mane told Bayern TV.
“When I heard about Bayern’s interest I was really happy of course. I knew I could come and push myself to achieve something special with this club.
“That means winning every possible trophy, the Bundesliga and of course the Champions League.
“The Champions League is the dream of every player in the world. We have a great team and very talented players. I think together we can make it.”
Mane added: “When you go to a new club as a footballer, and your family and everyone in your home country is happy about it, that’s a beautiful thing and gives you extra motivation to push yourself and give your all.
“My parents were very happy. They think I always make the best choices. They were very happy for me and they also know that Bayern Munich is one of the best clubs in the world.
“For me football is my life. I sacrifice everything for football. I want success. That one of the reasons I push myself every single day in training, I want to fight all the time.”
