The Premier League has announced changes to the summer transfer window.
New players can now be registered from June 10th instead of July 1st, as has been the case up to now.
The closure will also be postponed by one day. If August 31 was a business day, it usually served as the last day of the transfer window. This year, however, the hammer will not fall until Friday, September 1st (at midnight Central European Time).
According to the Premier League, the regulation was made “in coordination with the other top European leagues”
