🏴 Brighton vs Aston Villa
Brighton has now failed to win in eight of their last nine home games (D5, L3) which doesn’t bode well for this visit of Aston Villa. A league-high 12 WPL stalemates overall, and five across Brighton’s last nine home games, have hampered their hopes of finishing in the top six. The Premier League’s draw specialists might well have to settle for another solitary point here, as two out-of-form sides battle it out on the south coast.
👉 TIP: Under 2.5 goals at FT
🏴 Leeds United vs Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham’s last 11 games have brought five wins and six defeats with just one result repeated in that run – back-to-back home defeats to Southampton and Wolves. This inconsistency is plaguing their push for the top four and seemingly pushing Antonio Conte out of the door prematurely. Leeds’ defensive shield Kalvin Phillips has missed the last 11 games during which time the Whites have shipped 36 goals. Eight of those matches have been lost. Although the Englishman is back in training, he won’ be ready for this one, so we back Spurs to continue their up and down form by claiming a win after their loss to Burnley.
👉 TIP: Tottenham Hotspur to win at FT
🏴 Man United vs Watford
Man United needs to carry on winning to keep hold of 4th place, especially after Arsenal’s stoppage-time winner against Wolves which leaves the Gunners just a point adrift of the Red Devils but the Londoners have two games in hand. The task at hand for Ralf Rangnick’s men is to beat a Watford side smarting from a 4-1 defeat to Crystal Palace. Watford boss Roy Hodgson remains hopeful of keeping his current bottom-three side in the Premier League. A 1-0 win at Aston Villa on their last road trip marked their first PL away win to nil since January 2020, and also snapped a seven-game winless run away from London. United’s strength in depth should see them claim three points here in another goal-filled contest.
👉 TIP: Man United to win at FT
🏴 Brentford vs Newcastle United
Brentford has failed to win each of their last seven league games, representing their worst winless league streak since an eight-game run in 2018, while opponents Newcastle are unbeaten in six league outings. The Bees have conceded 2+ goals in six of their last seven, which is a troubling trend for manager Thomas Frank. We fancy the Magpies to continue their unbeaten run here with at least a point.
👉 TIP: Both Teams to Score at FT
