Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has coached a game of football for the first time in almost 12 months.
The Norwegian was sacked by Manchester United last December after a string of poor results.
Solskjaer has since turned down offers to return to the professional coaching ranks.
But he stepped into the dugout once again over the weekend to coach his son Elijah’s under-14s team in Kristiansund.
Norwegian outlet Tidens Krav via VG report Solskjaer has been training the players two or three times every week.
The 49-year-old has been enjoying his time with family back in his native Norway, but he has vowed to return to professional football in the future.
