Left-back Luke Shaw has aimed a jibe at Manchester United after scoring for England during their 2-1 win over Switzerland on Saturday night.
Shaw claimed that he ‘feels wanted’ by England and that is the reason why he does enjoy his game with the national team.

“It’s always important to feel like you’re wanted and I think especially here with England, I always feel that. I’m not saying I don’t at Manchester United, but here (with England), the way things are, I feel wanted and I enjoy my football,” Shaw said in his post-match comments.
Shaw’s 2020/21 season was arguably the best of his career, earning a spot in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year before playing a crucial role in England’s run to the Euro 2020 final, even scoring in the showpiece event at Wembley.
