Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has warned his players that 2-0 is the most dangerous scoreline in football.
The Reds host Inter Milan in the second-leg of their Champions League round 16 leading 2-0.
Klopp said, “2-0 is the lead that has been turned over most often in football.
“If you are half-time and two up and you think you are already through, then you are already on the wrong path.
“The result was a lot better than I expected, it is a really tough tie and difficult game to play.”
On Tuesday’s opponents Inter, he continued: “They are a really good team, they don’t come here as tourists. They’ll want to attack the game. Let’s see what we can get from it.
“We played Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday and Tuesday. That’s a horrible schedule. If we can make changes, we will do that.
“It’s essential that we go again for the five subs. In one competition we don’t have that. It makes so much difference. I don’t see why it takes so long to understand that.
“The Premier League have to save their top players as well. It’s not an advantage.”
