Juventus have entered the race for Giacomo Raspadori with a firm attitude. Napoli have been showing interest in signing the playmaker for a long time now.
Transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Juventus have set up a new meeting with the entourage of Giacomo Raspadori in a bid to overtake Napoli in the transfer pursuit.
The report claims that Juventus are serious about Raspadori, who has been identified as an offensive reinforcement for the Bianconeri.
Since Paulo Dybala left the Turin-based club as a free agent, the 22-year-old has been linked with a transfer to Juventus.
Having lost Lorenzo Insigne and Dries Mertens in the same transfer window, Napoli are also on the hunt for a swift-footed attacker like Raspadori. Nevertheless, the Naples-based club have not managed to find an agreement over the reported transfer with Sassuolo.
On the other hand, the Neroverdi are exploring the market for a replacement for the versatile attacker and have subsequently prioritized Inter’s Andrea Pinamonti, who remains a transfer target for Atalanta.
Sassuolo’s interest in Pinamonti has hurried Atalanta’s transfer resolution for the striker. La Dea now want to close the deal as soon as possible.
