Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny insists they can win at Inter Milan on Sunday.
For many, this Derby d’Italia could be a title decider.
Szczesny told TNT: “It is certainly a very, very important match for the league table but there are still 14-15 matches left so it is not the match that decides the Scudetto.
“Having said that, it is a match that will send a strong signal to the championship if one of the two teams manages to take it home.
“Inter are strong, they are very strong, but I don’t feel like saying that they have anything more than us. They are a very mature team because by scoring many goals they still manage not to concede too much.
“They have been doing very, very well, but we go there with the hope of bringing home a very, very important result.”
On coach Max Allegri, he added: “I believe that the coach is very good at making good changes: he understands the game well and at the right moments he knows who has to come out, who has to come in, who can change the game.
“He is also very good at making those who haven’t played since the start feel important. He always told us that whoever goes on the bench must decide the game in the last minutes and this is exactly what happened many times this year.
“The ability to read the games is therefore his great quality.”
