Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi knows victory over RB Salzburg will see them qualify for the Champions League round of 16.
Inzaghi says the players know the “importance” of the tie tonight.
He said, “We know of the importance of tomorrow night’s game, we also know that we are facing an opponent who has already proven its worth in San Siro. It is a physical team, which runs a lot, with excellent players: we know that tomorrow evening, here in their stadium, where we have already played and whose warmth we know from the fans, we will need a great game from Inter.
“We face a respectable team, which has always done well in Europe.
“All the games I have to make choices and tomorrow there will certainly be some changes, but it must be a great resource and not a problem for me. We have a rich squad available and I have to try to use it as much as possible: the boys are giving me many answers.
“Tomorrow there will be some changes: we lose, as I said after Bergamo, a very important player like (Benjamin) Pavard, who had entered the best way both on a tactical technical level and in the changing rooms. But in this period we did well despite the lack of (Marko) Arnautovic and (Juan) Cuadrado: we will wait for Pavard when, in a month and a half, he will come back to help us out.”
