Manchester United shot stopper David de Gea expects discussions over a new contract to reach a positive conclusion.
The Spaniard is out of contract in the summer, with United hoping to see him lower his wage.
While De Gea is still United no.1, he is no longer rated as one of the top keepers in the world.
“Yeah, I’m very relaxed,” De Gea told the Manchester Evening News.
“Just focus on training, perform as best as I can. But, for sure, it’s going to end in a good way.”
Asked about finishing his career at United, he added: “I hope so. I was saying this is my club, I’ve been here many, many years and it’s a huge honour to be here and I’m so happy here.”
