Danilo says he’s happy with his new deal at Juventus.
The Brazil defender insists it was an easy to re-sign.
He said, “It was very easy for me to make the decision to renew my contract at Juventus, it has nothing to do with the financial scenario. It’s a club where I feel good, at home, the values that the club has of work, resilience, overcoming obstacles, they represent very much the values I learned at home, with my mother and father, and the values I try to pass on to my children.
“I get a lot of love in the city, from the fans and from the people who live there. I’m fine, settled, I don’t have to think about going somewhere else to have all this Internally I have created a great bond with employees, staff, managers, it is a place where I feel good, I feel I have to repay some of the trust they have had in me when I chose to leave Manchester City and somehow resume my career life.
“This could be my last contract, because I have so many dreams, the goal of doing so many other things when I stop playing. And Brazil isn’t a possibility right now. Of course it can change, but it’s not something that fills me eyes, not only for football, but for so many other things. I miss Brazil a lot, I haven’t played much in the Brazilian league, but it’s not something that’s on my agenda right now.
“Of course, anything can happen in three years, it’s good that you change your mind several times in life, but right now for me it’s a very distant thing.”
