Brentford boss Thomas Frank was delighted with victory over Fulham.
Frank was particularly pleased with Kevin Schade’s performance for the 3-2 win.
He said, “That was a top action we had been searching for that action in the minutes [Kevin Schade] has been playing and he finally showed it. It was a great assist, you see his pace and acceleration and his vision to find Mathias Jensen. We have seen these top offensive actions in training so we are getting closer and closer. But this was very nice to see and there is much more to come from him.
“It must be part of a manager having fear about the next game, but we have such a good rhythm. We started so well the first 15-20 minutes and then again in the second half creating good chances and pressure. It was like a six-pointer game so it was very important.
“Big credit to the fans they are always on it here. I think it is the connection between the players and fans they give back and forth to each other to try to create the atmosphere. Everything is so positive and it creates a better atmosphere for every game.”
On whether Brentford are ready for European football, he added: “I think it is up for us to dream but stay laser focus, recover well tomorrow and then train well. We have difficult game against Everton and then going into a three-game week so we can’t lose focus.”
