Barcelona may be prepared to re-sign Liverpool midfielder Thiago Alcantara this summer.
The veteran, who has also played for Bayern Munich in his career, is no longer first choice at the Reds.
While Thiago is a player Liverpool would prefer to keep for depth and experience, SPORT claim that he would be sold for the right offer.
Barca are interested in Thiago as manager Xavi wants an additional midfielder with quality passing ability.
While prime target Bernardo Silva is considered too expensive, Thiago is a more affordable option.
Club president Joan Laporta told Mundo Deportivo recently: “Xavi says that we will go for the Champions League and that it will almost be mandatory if we reinforce the team with a couple of pieces.”
