Gareth Bale agent Joshua Barnett has laughed off reports linking his client with a move to Getafe.
On Wednesday, Getafe sporting director Angel Torres claimed that Bale’s representatives had offered the club the chance to sign the Welshman and that they were studying the situation before deciding on what to do.
The ‘jokes’ were however shortlived with reports including one from Fabrizio Romano stating that Barnett has laughed off the remarks claiming that he does not even have the Torres’ number.

Bale is currently a free agent after leaving Madrid after the season ended with the player set for a new adventure. While he is being linked with a move back to the Premier League, 90min understands that his hometown club Cardiff City remains in contention for a dream double swoop for the player and Aaron Ramsey.
Bale is said to be ready to take a pay cut on his wages to seal the move as he wants to return home with Ramsey set to join on a cheap deal as he only has 12 months remaining on his Juventus contract.
