Juventus are looking to better their midfield prowess ahead of the 2022/23 season, with several big names making their list of potential targets.
According to Giovanni Albanese, Lazio president Claudio Lotito wants an auction to kick off as several clubs, including Juventus and Manchester United, have shown interest in signing Sergej Milinković-Savić this summer.
A potential auction for the signing of the Serbian midfielder could bring an amount of around €60-70 million to Lotito’s bank. However, Juventus will reportedly consider including some of their talented youngsters in a potential deal to lower the overall transfer fee.
The report understands that Nicolo Rovella and Nicolò Fagioli, currently owned by Juventus, like Maurizio Sarri, who is also understood to be a huge admirer of the two youngsters. It is suggested that their inclusion in the deal could see Juve sign Milinković-Savić for an economical price.
The 27-year-old is unwilling to leave Italy in the summer. Although he leaves Lazio, he prefers a move to Juventus. Moving nearer to his younger brother Vanja, currently playing for Torino, remains an urge for Milinković-Savić.
