Declan Rice will not sign a new deal with West Ham and may explore leaving the club this summer.
Rice has established himself as one of Europe’s top central midfielders and is the driving force behind a West Ham side on the verge of a Europa League final appearance.
Rice and his agents made it known to West Ham in early April that they were ready to move on, with the England international eager to play Champions League games and fight for prizes.
And, while the Hammers may still do that by winning the Europa League, 90min knows that Rice is still open to leaving the club this summer and has not committed his future to the club.
West Ham openly value Rice at £150 million and want him to stay for at least another 12 months – manager David Moyes has stated several times that Rice is not for sale – but insiders have told 90min that a £120 million bid is almost guaranteed to be approved by majority owner David Sullivan.
Manchester United are also interested in Rice and are willing to smash their transfer record to get him this summer if incoming manager Erik ten Hag approves. Manchester City and Chelsea, who released Rice as a 14-year-old, are also interested and may make their own approaches.
Rice has two years remaining on his current contract, but the Hammers have a one-year option on him that they are very expected to exercise if he does not leave.
