Premier League side Tottenham has submitted an official bid for Luis Diaz according to reports.
Spurs and Porto are in talks over the sale of Luis Diaz. As reported by Sky Sports, Spurs are willing to pay €45m plus €10m performance-related add-ons.
However, the Portuguese club Porto is holding out for €60m.
Meanwhile, Everton are keen to sign Ndombele from Spurs but the midfielder wants France to return. Sky Sports’ Kaveh Solhekol has revealed Ndombele is keen on returning to France having been in talks with PSG.
“Tanguy Ndombele has been told he can move on loan. PSG have been in talks to sign him,” he said.
“I was told this afternoon that Everton are also one of the clubs that are interested in taking him on loan.
“But I think, as far as the player is concerned, it’s much more likely that he would want to return to France. So PSG I think are in pole position if he is to leave Spurs.”
