Real Madrid attacker Rodrygo is happy with his form this season.
Rodrygo is pleased with the chances coach Carlo Ancelotti is giving him.
“[Ancelotti] has been very important,” said Rodrygo.
“Ever since pre-season he has talked to me a lot. He has always helped me and I know I have to improve.
“I accept constructive criticism and he congratulates me if I do well. I know I will grow with him.
“I can improve in all aspects… Score more and more goals, give more assists.”
Real Madrid will face Paris Saint-Germain in the last 16 of the Champions League and Rodrygo believes that playing as a team will help Los Blancos qualify for the quarter-finals.
“This game could have come a bit later [in the competition],” noted Rodrygo.
“They have some of the best players in the world. We know it’s difficult, but it’s a collective effort that will give us the chance to go through.
“Playing against Neymar will be special. I hope Real Madrid win.”
