The curtains are set to come down on the 2021/22 English Premier League season this coming week when the last match will be played.
The battle for the Premier League crown is set to go down to the wire, with Man City and Liverpool separated by just three points with two matches remaining.
The same can be said of the top-four battle, with three teams, all from London still in with a shout.
Chelsea extended their margin to Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur with Wednesday night’s victory away at Leeds United.
The win ensured the Blues have a four-point advantage over their London rivals.
Thomas Tuchel could have automatically qualified for the Champions League on Thursday night had Arsenal won at Tottenham Hotspur.
This did not happen though as Spurs won the north London derby, 3-0, meaning the battle continues into the penultimate weekend of the league campaign.
The win for Antonio Conte’s side hurled them back into the race for a top-four finish, as they now sit a point below the Gunners.
So what are the permutations?
Tottenham and Arsenal still need to win both their remaining two matches to have a realistic chance of catching Chelsea.
Arsenal will play away at Newcastle before a home clash against relegation-threatened Everton.
Spurs, on the other hand, play Burnley and Norwich in their remaining two fixtures.
For the Blues, one point from their remaining home fixtures against Leicester City and Watford could be enough to secure the top four.
Tuchel’s side have a superior goal difference and can afford to draw in both matches and still be in the Champions League next season regardless of other results.
