Manchester City striker Erling Haaland says he’s a better player for joining the club.

Haaland is convinced he’s improved since arriving from Borussia Dortmund last summer.

“The environment allows me to be myself every day,” Haaland told City’s website.

“There are hungry people around me that want to become better every single day and want to help me to become better every single day.

“That is where everything starts from.

“From Pep, to the physios, to everyone, we want to help each other.

“We want to have a good time together and we want to make every single person in the club better. That is the most important thing.

“Lifting the title was an unreal feeling. A fantastic moment.

“It was so nice to lift the trophy and I am so happy. I was just happy all of the time and smiling. I woke up in the morning with a big smile and I went to bed with a big smile!

“It was just a happy day.”
