Leeds captain Luke Ayling explained his fluffed goal celebration for yesterday’s winner against Wolves.
Ayling was the hero after scoring in injury-time to secure the 3-2 win at Molineux. After the match, he explained that he was trying to emulate former Leeds star Robbie Keane when celebrating the winning goal.
“We were down, but we came out in the second half and showed character. It was a big game-changer that they had a man sent off and we managed to take advantage of that,” said Ayling.
“I tried to make Robbie Keane’s classic jubilation scene, but I did not manage to do it properly, which was a bit disappointing. I have to work on that.”
