Inter consider fining Romelu Lukaku and Nicolo Barella after on-pitch dispute

Inter are currently considering fining their players Nicolo Barella and Romelu Lukaku after their on-pitch dispute in the game against Sampdoria recently.

While the Nerazzurri didn’t find the back of the net on Monday, there was a point of observation in the first half and social media has been on fire because of it. Lukaku and Barella seemed to have a verbal dispute, which even led to the Belgian abusing his teammate.

Corriere della Sera state that while Simone Inzaghi believes that everything is fine between the two players, Inter are not happy with the incident and how it has become the centre of attention. The case will be examined by the club in detail today and there is a possibility of the two stars being fined by the Nerazzurri.

It was reported in other parts of the Italian media yesterday that Lukaku and Barella have always shared an excellent relationship and like other relationships, some disagreements are rather normal.
