Exclusive I West Ham to rival Milan for Florian Balogun; Victor Osimhen unlikely to move to Chelsea

West Ham are set to rival Milan or the acquisition for Arsenal prospect Florian Balogun, Victor Osimhen is highly unlikely to select Chelsea as his next destination amid recent rumours.

Football journalist Steve Kay has exclusively revealed to the Get Italian Football News team that the Hammers are heavily interested in the Gunner’s promising number-nine as it seems that Italian striker Gianluca Scamacca is tipped for an exit following his unsuccessful first-year stint since joining from Sassuolo last summer.

So far this season, the 21 year-old has flourished during his loan spell with Ligue 1 outfits Stade Reins, tallying 20 goals and two assists in 35 games-played.

As a result of his superb run of form, West Ham are eager to compete with Serie A giants Milan for the €30m striker, who are also in desperate need of a striker as the future of Zlatan Ibrahimovic with the Rossonerri remains uncertain and Olivier Giroud having recently hit the age of 36 years old.

It remains uncertain whether West Ham will submit a bid around the region of Arsenal’s desired price,  or if they will negotiate to have the young-stud implemented into the potential transfer of Declan Rice to Arsenal, as Steve Kay revealed to FootballTransfers earlier in May.

In addition, Napoli striker Osimhen will unlikely be heading off to Chelsea, if both the player and I Partenopei ultimately decide to part ways, within the summer transfer window as the London Blues do not have Champions League football, amid the breaking news that the 24 year-old Nigerian is considered as the top priority within upcoming window.
