Former CSKA Moscow coach Leonid Slutsky admits White Hart Lane was among his favourite stadiums.
Slutsky, who worked in England with Chelsea and also Hull City manager, was asked about the new modern stadiums.
The former Russia coach said, “Is the Emirates the best stadium in London? No. Everyone has their own idea of stadiums. I don’t like round arenas like Wembley. I love stadiums like the old classic English stadiums, which are made in a square.”
For Slutsky, the best experience was at the old Tottenham stadium, White Hart Lane.
“You sit and everyone is playing under you. Perfect picture. I like CSKA stadium very much. More than any other,” he added.
