Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte has rubbished rumors that they will be among title contenders in the coming season.
Spurs look rejuvenated under Conte with pundits backing them to offer a title challenge should the Italian be supported in the summer transfer window but according to Conte, it would be near impossible to mount a challenge.
“It’s impossible to imagine that next season you are going to win the title because I’m realistic and I know there are teams in England like Liverpool and City, Chelsea, and also United, who are really strong. And it’s not simple to face these monsters,” Conte said as quoted by the Evening Standard.

After their 1-1 draw against Liverpool on Saturday, Spurs have now taken eight points from their four fixtures against Manchester City and Liverpool.
The Italian has been linked with a move to PSG in the summer should they part ways with Mauricio Pochettino but there is a feeling that he would stay in North London should they back him with the players he wants in the summer.
He has previously walked away from Inter Milan after the club failed to hand him the players he wanted for his team.
