Agent Mino Raiola is offering Inter Milan defender Stefan de Vrij to Premier League clubs.
Tuttosport says Raiola has already offered him in England. Tottenham could see him as an alternative to Cristian Romero should a deal with Atalanta fall through. Manchester United are keeping an eye on De Vrij if an agreement with Real Madrid for Raphaël Varane collapses.
Atletico Madrid are also interested, though are urging Inter to keep down their valuation. De Vrij has a contract with Inter to 2023.
