Atalanta put Ruslan Malinovskyi and 3 others on transfer list

Atalanta are looking to oversee a mass exodus this summer, with the club determined to pocket some cash from the sale of players, including Ruslan Malinovskyi.

According to TuttoAtalanta, the club have put Matteo Pessina, Aleksey Miranchu, Luis Muriel, and Ruslan Malinovskyi on the transfer list to amass some much-needed funds ahead of the summer transfer market.

Following an underwhelming campaign in Italy and Europe, La Dea will embark on a crucial transfer window this time. Apart from building a team for the next season, their focus will be on finding the balance within the squad.

But the club will need a budget to sign the requisite players. Shifting players for the sake of acquiring the capital appears to be the only plan available to the Bergamo faithful.

The report understands that La Dea want €20million and €35million for the permanent departures of Muriel and Malinovskyi, respectively.

Pessina and Miranchuk could be the first two names to be sold in the summer, while the club is yet to decide on the futures of Hans Hateboer and Mario Pasalic. As already covered, the Serie A side is also willing to offload Merih Demiral in the approaching summer transfer window.

Some of the players, whom Atalanta have decided to sell this summer, had a brilliant 2021/22 season. But, in need of cash, the club has no option but to part ways with some of its best assets.
