Marco Asensio admits he’s unsure why Eden Hazard is struggling at Real Madrid.
However, the midfielder insists Hazard is showing good form for Real.
Asensio said, “I see him well. He trains well, I see him wanting to bring joy to Madrid, but many things have been put together, some injury… It’s difficult to know. You have to ask him that and one day he will tell us.
“He can be very important this season yet. He is a player who has incredible talent. He is one of the best players with whom he has shared a dressing room and that is already noticeable in training and I think he can contribute a lot this season.”
On Gareth Bale, Asensio also stated: “He needs to be physically fit to give one hundred percent on the pitch. He has given a lot to Madrid. I see him well and he can be prepared to help. It is up to the coach who decides if he gives him minutes or not. In the locker room and in training he is quite integrated with everyone. Each one has his character. It is not as well as they paint it.”
